Ways to Give

Ways to Give

There are many ways to give

Offertory Envelopes

Parishioners can receive a supply of personalized envelopes by contacting the Administration office at the Parish Center. These envelopes can be dropped in the collection basket at Mass on Saturday or Sunday; or mailed to St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church in Altadena; or may be dropped off at the Parish Center any time during the week.

Bill Pay & Online Giving

Most banks have an automated online bill payment service, often called Bill Pay, that will issue regular giving payments to Saint Elizabeth Catholic Church. Check your bank’s web site or use your current bank bill payment service to make your tithes and offerings. This method of web giving is less expensive to the Parish than the online giving through St. Elizabeth Church website (saintelizabethchurch.org).

You can set up an online giving account on the parish web site or by “clicking” here or on the button on the right hand column. It is fast and easy!

NOTE: This last method is the most convenient for online giving – for you and the parish – and, we do wish to encourage you to take advantage of it. However, you should know that the church does incur a cost. Each transaction has a unit fee and a percentage charge that the church covers and is deducted from the amount of the gift you have given the parish.

One Time Donation

Donations may be given at any time through one of the above methods, whether they are one-time gifts or regularly scheduled gifts throughout the year.

Special Event Giving

Often there are projects, events or special programs that need to be implemented within the community or parish. You can still give to these Special Offerings via one of the above methods. If you have any question, please call the Parish Center at (626) 797-1167 and ask for Cary Novellas.

Planned Giving

When you are making estate and financial plans, consider making St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church part of your legacy. Again, if you have any question please call the parish office and make an appointment to meet with Fr. Modesto.

If you wish, you may also go to the Los Angeles Archdiocese website by clicking here. There, you will find a wealth of up-to-date, valuable information and resources regarding Trusts and Estates. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Mr. Richard Closson, Director of the Trusts and Estates program at (800) 431-1175 or (213) 637-7472 or email HRClosson@la-archdiocese.org. But, please make sure you let him know that you wish to make St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church as your beneficiary.
